Winn Ballenger lives in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia and primarily paints in oil. Her style might be labeled “painterly realism”, reflecting her college majors, art and math. Winn’s paintings feature a strong sense of color and love of light on objects. Her work reflects a love of mountain, rural and coastal landscapes as well as folks in a variety of settings. Winn exhibits in numerous regional shows and is a member of The Market Gallery and Signature 9 Gallery in Roanoke, Virginia. Her paintings are in homes and businesses across the country.
